View rules in document

In the document, there are several underlined words and paragraphs. My ? is
how to know what is wrong that is making it be underlined. How do I view the
rule that is being questioned by Word?

I received a response to this question but, when clicking on the link to
receive and rate response, a blank screen comes up with no info on it. HELP!
