Word 2007 will not print underlined text

Text in my Word document is underlined - but when printed the underline does
not display. If I print from Wordpad, the underline shows so I know it's not
my printer. Any suggestions on a setting in Word?

Is the text underlined with a dotted, rather than a solid line? If so, that
text is marked as hidden. To print it, you have two options:
a) Turn off the hidden attribute. Select the underlined text, open the font
dialog and uncheck "hidden"
b) Enable printing hidden text. Office button, Word Options, Display, turn
on Print Hidden Text
