View recently delted files?

Is there any log file or something to be able to see a list of recently
deleted files? (On a system with restore disabled) (and I mean deleted from
the recycle bin, not just things inside the recycle bin)

There is no utility built into XP to do this. You need to locate a file
recovery utility which will let you do this. However, during the time you
install this utility, you might completely loose some file, of file parts,
since XP will signal the delete sections for "reuse" and this utility may get
installed over the deleted parts.
