View Messages/Recycle bin

How do I remove the VIEW MESSAGES in Windows Mail and make it stayed removed.
How do I obtain the installed recycle bin back in the original config, it now
shows full until I restart, have tried different combinations in the Change
Icon folder to no avail. Vista has way toooo much junk for me. Help.
