"View in Browser"

Emails come into my Outlook Inbox just fine. I double click and they open.
But when I go to click on a link in that email, I can't. The only thing I
can do is go to "Other Actions" and then "View in Browser".

How can I simply get the email to open and allow me to click links, etc?

What happens is I get a text box popup saying "URL Not Found" and I think
"Application not available". I have reset the default browser and it does
not work any better.

Use Control Panel-> Add/Remove Programs-> Set Program Access and Defaults
You might need to switch it to another setting first before it will enforce
reregistering the default browser settings.
