view http headers on ie

i am developing on asp.net, and wanna see http headers and form values on ie,

is there any plugin or tool for ie about this
 
You can enable the trace for the page either in Web.Config file or Page
directive. Trace information contains all you are asking for. It has
Headers Collection, Form Collection and so much other userful information
