Ethereal is a packet sniffer & network monitor that will show all your
traffic; see http://www.ethereal.com/. However, this could be more than
you want to see or might understand. HTTP Tracer is more focused in
just the traffic between your browser and the server to which it
connects (because it runs as a proxy to which you connect your browser);
however, as I recall, the download looks to be free but it is really a
trial version that expires in a month. A Google search will turn up
other HTTP trace proxies.
I was answering the OP's question, not responding to Jason's suggestion
to use fiddlertool nor did I say it was deficient or not free. I just
offered MORE possibilities. HTTP Tracer only shows HTTP traffic, too,
as might some other HTTP proxies or monitors found in a Google search.
