HI. In my Explorer 6 SP 1, when I go to View > Encoding I
get NONE, before I had many encodings to choose from. I
tryed reinstalling Explorer, but no use. Some people told
me it might be a damaged registry.

What can I do ?

Try a repair.

Add/Remove programs/MS/IE repair...

For some clues.
