view calendar and inbox together

One of our users has asked if it is possible to view their calendar at the
same time as their inbox. They swear they have done this before.

Using Windows XP Pro and Office XP Standard attaching to Exchange server.

Any ideas?

Just right click on one of the folders and select open in new window to get
2 outlook windows. One can be used to display the Inbox while the other is
for the calendar.

If the user is thinking of just one window, then you would have to use the
Outlook View Control and a little HTML to get the job done. Here is an
example.
