Sharing Outlook Inbox, Contacts, Calendars

Can anyone recommend a software program that allows users to have access to
others' Outlook data .... Inbox, calendars, contacts. We are currently using
ShareO on our 3 networked office computers (no exchange server), but it's
been acting up since the latest version was installed and we're thinking of
switching.

best, or better, than others?

I don't use any add-ins for sharing. I have Exchange.
