dear all,

We run small company with 10 PC. We use outlook xp for send and receive
email via a redhat sendmail server. My bos ask me whether her inbox, contact
and calendar can be read and edit by her secretary.

Is there any free and reliable solution for sharing outlook stuff (inbox,
contact, etc) without ms exchange?

Thanks..

In addition to Vince's reply - you may be interested in looking into
Exchange - it has many advantages other than sharing/collaboration, such as
centralized storage, webmail, ease of backup/roaming. There are hosted
solutions if you don't want to run your own server in-house, or you could
look at SBS, which is quite inexpensive. See www.microsoft.com/sbs and
www.microsoft.com/exchange for more info.
