"View Bar" in FP2003

I have been looking at a tutorial for FP2003 and they show screen shots and
mention a "View Bar" that is to the left of the "Folders List". It shows,
Page, Folders, Reports, Navigation, Hyperlinks and Tasks. All of these can
be accessed through "Views" on the menu bar, but looks like the other view
would be most handy. How do you display this in 2003?? I can't seem to
figure it out.

The tutorial might be using old screen captures. The view bar doesn't exist
in FP 2003.
You won't miss it ;-)
