view attachments in printed email

Hi , one of the user in my company is telling me that she could print her
emails and still see that there were attachment in it using outlook 2000. Now
that we uppgraded her using 2002 she tells me the function is gone, does
anyone know what i should do?

Before printing, change the format of the message to plain text and the
attachment name will print with the message.
