view all recurring appointments

How do I view a listing of all active recurring appointments?I would like to
see all the recurring information and be able to modify or delete info.

Depends on your version. For OL 2002, it's View>Current View>By Category.
For OL 2003, it's View>Arrange By>Current View>By Category. All the
recurring appointments should be grouped together at the top with their
start/end dates and their recurrence periods.
