View all documents Available when can't locate an email?

When we had Lotus Notes we were able to view all documents when you
accidentally moved an email from the inbox to a folder unintentionally. You
would be able to locate it under view all documents and then move the email
to the intended folder.

Our office would be very grateful if can advise of a similar feature if
available.

You are not really clear here probably due to some dubious descriptions that
you use.
Where exactly are you looking?
Moving it to a folder inside Outlook or outside Outlook (->Explorer)?
By "document" do you mean email or attachment?

Which version of Outlook are we talking about here anyway?
