Videos menu at the start menu?

There are Music, Pictures and Games but not Videos. These days I think
a lot of people watch video files through their computers. I myself
have some many movie files stored at my Videos on my computer. Why
there's no Video menu at the start bar while there are Pictures and
Music menu. Is there any way to make it appear? I tried to find an
option at the properties dialogue but there wansn't. Don't you think
people need Videos menu instead of Default Programs or Help and Support?

Right click your start menu select explore all users.
Whatever you place in the right pane will now show up at the top of
the start menu, including shortcuts to folders.

Just one of many way.

Because it wasn't designed that way, no, and no.
