video won't download

A link to a video I need to see has been posted. When I click on the
Download Now link, a blank page appears and the word "done" appears in the
lower left corner of the screen.

Using Windows XP SP2, Internet Explorer 6.0.2900, McAfee Security Suite.
Pop-up blocker in Windows has been disabled. It doesn't seem to matter if
the McAfee Firewall is enabled or disabled.

Your suggestions, please.

Try right clicking the link and selecting "save as".

There is no option to click, "Save As." The only place to click is on a link
in the middle of the page that says, "Download Now." After clicking the
Download Now link, I get a blank page.
