video will not play visitors (avi)

i have a video in avi format. when visitors go to my site their unable to view the clip. i can view it and so can my remote site. how can i change the format so visitors can view the clip? www.stumpextraction.com
 
they need to install QuickTime viewer, or they won't be able to view it.
