avi clip that no one can view

i have avi clip on my website www.stumpextraction.com that no one view it. i can and my remote site can. it says quicktime doesnt have have the software on their server. how can i change the format of this video clip so others can view it when visiting my site?

This sounds like a file format problem. Either your
visitors don't have a player for avi files, your your avi
file is using a codec (that is, a coding/decoding scheme)
that your visitors don't have.

The usual way around these problems is to provide
multiple file formats, with a different hyperlink to each
