Video Viewer 1.0 and earlier. Any Windows freeware similar to this mac programme?

The Video Viewer 1.0 is shareware but earlier versions are freeware

unfortunately they are for mac O/S. Does anyone know of something
like this that is suitable for Windows.

Just have to ask: what does this do that Media Player Classic doesn't?

An attached analogue videocamera is able to show its output live. Like
a webcam. As far as I can read about Media Player Classic it will only
play back video files rather than the signal In from a camera.

I couldn't spot anything in the support information about MPC which
indicated it could do the same. Hopefully I have overlooked it. Can it
in fact do this?
