Video Troubles

I put a video on my site in Real Player format and it will
play on my computer but no one else I've spoken with can
make it play on theirs. Most of them say it will only
give them audio. What did I do wrong? I used the Plug-In
option and pointed it to the Real Media file.
Are they doing something wrong or have I?

Can't tell from here...crashed my IE 6 4 times.
