Video transitions missing for domain user accounts.

Hi,

When my regular Domain Users login and run Movie Maker, they do not see any
of the video transitions. I have tried elevating them to Power Users which
does not help.

The video transitions only show up when logged in as an administrator. I
don't want to make all of my users administrators to fix this problem.

I am having the same problem with the video effects. Only two of them show
up: "Slow Down, Half" and "Speed Up, Double" while none of the video
transitions are available.

I have tried setting permissions on the directory and also some registry
entries without success.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

I'm having a similar problem, but when logged in as the Administrator:
I can only see the 2x and 1/2x speed effects, and zero transitions. I tried
re-installing using one of the other suggestions in this forum by going to
the .inf file, clicking install, and pointing to the i386 directory on my XP
SP2 CD. It seems to work, but then still no files even after re-booting.

Suggestions??
