video stretched and fonts small on internet.

I am running windows xp and lately my video display
stretches and I can't see the out sides of my screen. I
tried locating my video card, but can't seem to locate
them. Also the font on the internet is exremely small and
fragmented. Are these problems related? Thanks for any
help.

It is likely you screen resolution. on desktop right

click from anywhere
properties
settings
screen resolution
move it to right most likely and change till it is where
you want it.
