My friend is opening a video store and needs software that will keep track
of the inventory, how many days the videos are out, late fees etc. What
would we his best bet?

With all due respect, it isn't really fair to expect to use FREEware to run
a business. It may well exist for vertical markeys, but I wouldn't
recommend it any more than I'd recommend a business person making their own
web site. Just an opinion.

Agreed. Furthermore, the referenced software (IVS DVD Profiler) does not
fill the bill. It's meant to track a personal DVD collection. It's not meant
for a rental market.
