Video / Sound Card Problems using Hyper-Threading Technology

Does anyone know where I can attain the KB817589 fix? I
have an ATI All-in-Wonder 9000 Video Card in a 2.8GHz HT
PC. At times, my audio locks up when using the TV Tuner
application; I have also tried multiple sound cards.

Specifically the second paragraph of the resolution section.
Because the fix in the kb will fix your problem, you should not be charged
for the fix as per the section Note: in the resolution section.
