Video-IN on Radeon 9200 ViVo - initialized to NTSC instead of PAL

Hi,

is there a registry key to switch video-in on a Radeon 9200 ViVo permanently
to PAL - so that I am not forced to go to the optionsdialog and switch back
to
PAL - I think the card is faulty initialized by the bios or graphics driver?

or is there a tool which switches the video in to pal? - which I can
put into autostart?

I am not too sure about 9200 but 8500 needs separate PAL/NTSC firmware flash
to determine video standard. Look at forums in :
