Video flipped upside down in Powerpoint using Vista

Hi folks,

We have a problem with an ACER laptop here running Vista and the new
Powerpoint on it. When I insert a video in a powerpoint presentation
the video is turned upside down (rotated 180 degrees). When I play the
original video in the Mediaplayer it plays in the right direction. So
this only happens after inserting a video in powerpoint. I tried it
with several videos.

Second problem is when I insert the video as a hyperlink and not
embeded the hyperlink does not work even though video is linked
correctly to the path (I checked that). So if I click on the hyperlink
NOTHING happens.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve the problems?

Many thanks in advance.
Sascha

The very first thing I would suggest is that you update your video drivers.
(Even on a brand new machine.)
