Video Effects

Under Tools/Video effects, I see only see slow down and speed up. How do I
get to all of the other video effects?
 
check the bottom of my Problem Solving > Checklist page..... the section
about disappearing transitions and effects
 
Yes, I have Vision6 installed on the computer. The post directed me to the
genevalogic web site for a hotfix. Applying the hotfix resolved the problem.
