VIdeo Effects and Video Transitions

As soon as I select an EFFECT to put into movie.... the
Movie Maker program closes.....

Creating movie works well just trying to apply effects
causes problem... I have change ATI Catalyst drivers...
from 3.8 down to 3.6 and back 9uninstaller using ATI Un-
installer)

Sys:

AMD +2600 Athalon / 512 RAM / ATI RADEON 9700PRO

I'm haven the same problem ive tryed everthing nothings
workin for m let me know if you figure out the problem!

It's usually an issue with codecs. See the Problem Solving... Acceleration
and Codecs page of www.papajohn.org

I re-installed widows media player 9, and then updated my
direct x and it started working again.
