After reformatting drive and installing Windows XP sp2
Installing application cd produces error 'detected a problem with your
current video driver'
I have gone to Dell's web site and downloaded all video drivers needed. What

Dell as do most boards, have intel components on them,if youre video is
also, you first need to install intels chipset installation utility, even if
you have
a video card and intels components the utility comes first. You'll find it at
http://www.intel.com downloads,chipsets.

I do not always get it right, and I may not always explain myself in a way
that the OP would understand.. but the advice that you have given is so off
the mark and gives credence to the belief of another MVP that you are in
fact an IT terrorist..
