Video Driver in Safe Mode

I do my backups in Windows Safe Mode. Can I use my ATI RADEON XPRESS
200M IGP video driver in Windows Safe Mode? I have HP Pavilion
dv5037EA laptop computer.

No. Safe Mode uses a generic VGA video driver.
