I have an ASUS nVidia GeForce 4MX (model number - V8170DDR/E/T/N/64M) Video
Card. I recently installed new drivers from the nVidia website. When I go to
the video adapter properties in the display properties control panel instead
of listing my graphics card is lists VGA Save and I don't have to option to
roll back the driver. If I turn off the VGA Save then when I restart the
screen stays blank and I have to restart using the "Use Settings That Last
Worked" option. I tried the system restore but all the saved restore points
were deleted when I did my disk cleanup so I can't fix it that way. Any
Ideas??????

Regarding "nVidia" drivers, this is usually no good idea. If your system
works fine, there is no need to install a new nVidia driver unless you
are a gamer or you *really* need an update due to existing problems.
Any new version of these drivers tend to replace one known bug with
three new bugs, at least.
I don't have to option to roll back the driver.

Actually, you have. Translated on-the-fly: Device Manager > Video
adapter > select your card > right click > Properties > Driver >
Installed driver (third button). This will restore the previous
driver.
I tried the system restore but all the saved restore points were
deleted when I did my disk cleanup

That's not correct. The latest restore point should be maintained.
