Video conferencing with someone not using XP

How do I video conference with someone who is not using
XP? I have tried using windows messenger and msn
messenger with Netmeeting but I am unable to get it to go
through. Thanks-Denise

Greetings Denise,

Netmeeting should work with all versions of Windows, but Windows Messenger's video
functionality will only work with users using Windows XP. However, if you use MSN Messenger
6.x, you can use its 'Webcam' and 'Audio' functionality (at the same time) with a user of any
Windows version (Windows 98 and above):
