video clips I recieve keep freezing & re-buffering over and over

When I recieve video attachments or emails with video clips,the video keeps
re-buffering over and over making it dificult to watch or listen to the
message. The video freezes and the sound goes off till it rebuffers back to
100%. I am using broadband connection.
 
Outlook is not responsible for opening or playback of attachments. Consult
the sender of the attachment or troubleshoot the application you use to open
the attachment with.
