my 9600 video card is starting to get a fuzzy picture when i use the s-video.
i have it updated to latest drivers and everyting and i know its not my tv.
please help

This is most likely down to the quality of the cable.

Do note you'll never ever get close to the quality of a computer monitor
with a TV, general computer use would be all but impossible except in very
low resolutions on a TV, although films for example are watchable.
