Video Card HIS 4670 Comparison

I am ready to buy one of these HIS 4670 1024 MB cards suggested by this forum, I have found two different models (HIS Radeon HD 4670 IceQ 1 GB (128bit) DDR3 HDMI Dual DL-DVI (HDCP) PCI Express 2.0 X16 Video Card Retail (RoHS) H467QR1GH & HIS Radeon HD 4670 iSilence4 1 GB (128bit) DDR3 HDMI Dual DL-DVI (HDCP) PCI Express 2.0 X16 Video Card Retail (RoHS) H467PR1GH) , is the difference that one is silent or are there other noticeable differences, I want the best one! PLEASE ADVISE

Without direct links to the products for sale it's a little awkward to compare but from the info supplied above it would seem that is the only difference between the two cards, the fact that one is quieter.

The quiet one will probably run hotter, you can't change the equation Less noise = more heat, usually. Prices? Supplier?

Hello,

I have found the "ICE Q" for $72.99 w/ free shipping through Amazon. This is not the quieter one but I can endure a little noise to eliminate more heat. My ATI X1400 is a little noisy, I do not believe this 4670 will be any louder.

Buy a quieter one and put a small fan on it anyway

HIS Radeon HD 4670 iSilence4 "FAN OPTIONS"

According to all the reviews, this card runs very cool without the use of a fan.
What fan options do I have if needed? What is the price range of these fans?
