Video Capture Card

Sorry the movie section of newsgroups is relly slow in traffic.
Can someone reccomend a Video Capture Card? I d like to copy old vhs tapes
and tape tv shows to watch later. Id like to stay under the $200 mark, my rig:
3.0 p4
Abit Max 3
9800 pro (128 mb)
1 gig pc 4000 ram
Audigy ZS soundcard.

There's two from ATI,use the all-in-wonder card (pci),or the tv capture card,
tv card is only around 50.00,the all-in-wonder around 125.00.Which ever one
you eventually purchase,as in any tv card,you only need thier card drivers
inst-
alled,forget the software.You can download from microsoft the encoder 9
series,
get all the utilitys but acrobat reader-unless you need it,plus the codec
installation.
With the encoder,you can convert the vhs to digital to dvd or file it on
the hd,also
the WMCAP utility lets you view running content,along with xp movie maker
you'll
have all the software needed....
