Video auto advance

Does anyone know if, after playing a video in PowerPoint, I can
have PowerPoint step on to the next slide automatically?

ie. without having to press the space bar.

Go to slide sorter view and check advance slide automatically after ...
and enter a value less than the running time of your video.

Also apply a transition if you want.
 
Thanks for that, I also hadn't switched on use timings in show setup, I just
wasn't thinking straight.
