As I think you mean it, I don't think so, not directly.
However:
You can MUTE the audio content of the video.
You can drag a video/audio clip to the music line which
disables the attached video, presenting only the audio
portion.
Adding audio to the music line of a muted clip will change
what you hear and what would be rendered to be imported
later.
You could do a combination of setps to render video and
audio seperate then combine others in subsequent steps,
realizing you might see some time differential develop
between the audio and video.
And there are probably other extra steps you might take
to "seperate" the content. Refer to
