video and no audio

Hi,can anybody tell me how to set up the audio when I'm capturing a video
from an external dvd player?right now I have just video and no sound.Thanks

Connect the red and white Audio Out cables on the DVD player to a Mini Jack
Line In Port on your souncard or audio chipset socket.
