I was trying to get around dealing with a large animated gif. I tried
just about every codec I could export from AE to no avail. PPT went up
today with the gif, however, and it played just fine so, well, there we
are with that.
Thanks for verifying, though. Better to know that it won't rather than
keep guessing.
Well, I'm glad to hear that you got it worked out, Mike, and that all is
running as it should.
I wouldn't call my response "verification," though. There may well be a way
to include an alpha channel in a video that will play in PPT, but I'm just
not aware of what codec you'd have to use. Hopefully someone with more
knowledge of video will pop in here.
