OK, see if this works. It is sent using slrn from paranoia. If
you can see it on all newsservers, then it means that there
is something peculiar about the way python is sending the messages.

OTOH, if you can't, then this presumably indicates some kind of
configuration adjustment is required to paranoia.

Or maybe even that's not indicated. It could be an issue of trust, with
some servers just not accepting articles from paranoia.
