Very Long logon Time When Trying to Connect to Citrix

Microsoft is quite innundated with calls right now
concerning the RPC based virus on the Internet right now.
Those calls should eventually subside, and then you'll be
able to get the hotfix.

I have the same problem with my W2k server running Citrix
MF 1.8. My understanding is that if the fix works, it is
free of charge. If it doesn't then we have to pay for the
call [$99]. Is this true? And how long will it be before
we can get the hotfix? And maybe I am a bit slow here, but
why is the hotfix not available on the website?
