Very long delay, when acessing the right click menu.

Whenever I try to bring up the right click menu on a file
then I encounter an hour glass cursor for about 2 minutes,
then the menu finally pops up, any idea how that
happened, and how to fix it? it is very annoying. Any help
would be evtremly appreicated.

Could be NAV - check out the other posts that have
"right" or "click" in the Subject line.
