Slow Right Clicks

I have a P4 2.53ghz w/ 1gb ram and Windows 2000 Pro.
everything runs great on it with 1 exception... more often
than not, when I right click on anything, it takes about
15 seconds for the menu to pop up. Not a huge deal, but
very annoying. Any ideas why this may be and how I can fix
it?

I've seen this when you have 3rd party shell extensions installed (WinZip
for example). Whne you right click on a file look to see what 3rd party apps
are on the menu and try removing them.
