Very large font sizes on some pages, help!

Just today, some pages have begun loading with large fonts and I have not
made any changes which would account for this. It is not all pages, just some
including www.amazon.co.uk and even some pages here on www.microsoft.com/uk .
Like I said I haven't made any recent changes which would explain this
strange behaviour; pages may usually have a font size of around 11 or 12
points but these pages are loading with font sizes of about 22 points or
more. Can anyone tell me why this is happening or give me advice on how to
fix the problem, thanks.

IE, View, Text Size. Set to medium.

Also, IE, tools, internet options, accessibility - turn off all options.
