Very Large Font Size

OK ... I am trying to find help on what I think to be a strange problem. I
have read a number of postings in this area that seem to deal with my
problem. They have not, or I did not read the right ones.
My font size for IE is different for different sites. Mapquest, for example
is so huge I cannot easily navigate it. Windows Update site was soo small I
could not see it. Microsoft site is large, but readable.
I have done the basic steps of looking at Edit>View>Font Size, and the
setting is SMALLEST.
I have run NAV (updated), Spy Sweeper, Adaware, and Spybot and although
items were found, this situation still exists.
I respecftfully request your assistance.

I finally found my own answer, so I thought I would put it up here in case it
helps anyone.

In my case, the peson had set up their Accessibility Options (in Control
Panel) under the Display Tab to use High Contrast Settings. Once I unchecked
that box all went to normal.

Whew.

I hope this helps someone.
