font size

My office machines were recently upgraded to Windows XP.
We have changed the font size for IE6.0 to smallest in
order to accomodate certain form pages. I have tried to
change the font size to smallest using the view, font size
option on IE. This works for a bit, but then the font
changes back to smaller on its own. I next tried going
through Internet Options, Accessibility, and ignore font
sizes on web pages. Again, the font went from smallest to
small. Does anyone know how I can keep the font size on
smallest? I am on a large university network. Can the
people maintaining my network be changing the font size?
I never had this problem when we were running Windows2000.
