Very basic query

K

KiwiBrian

I have a laptop running XP Home and a Desktop running XP Pro.
Can someone give me a pointer to how I can synchronize my data files,
including My Documents, and Outlook Express Address-book, and Messages, fter
taking the laptop away on a trip and using it while away.
Either using XP facilities or a third party application.
I wish to synchronize them before the trip and afterwards.
I assume this is a common requirement with laptops.

TIA

I personally dislike the native Offline Files feature. On all my clients'
laptops, I use SecondCopy from www.centered.com - it's very easy, always
works, and is cheap ($29 or so). There's a free fully functional 30-day eval
you can download and license later.

Offline Files isn't an option for Brian, because it isn't available in
XP Home.
