This letter was written to claim and ask you to help me regarding the
discriminated policy of CirtexHosting, a division of Cirtex Corp, the
internet hosting company based in New York City, United States of
America. I would like to sue this CirtexHosting Inc. in the following
cases:
1. Discriminated Policy to Foreign Customers
In details, they did not treat foreign customers as it should be.
Lately reply, No support as they claimed in Term of Services and
Ignored the foreign customers. Technical support team, especially
Victor and Jay are really not appreciate to treat me as it should be as
their responsibility. This is absolutely show that they discriminated
budgeted customer and Asian customers. I kept all e-mails which I used
to response with them, and also LOG Files too, I can provide these
details as evidence to sue this company on the Civil Court of New York
City if you required.
2. Against Human Rights
Specifically, they ignored the foreign customers, who pay a minimal
cost per month. And, probably treat only American Customers / European
customers so that it against the Human Rights Policy in terms of equity
of human. I reported this case to Human Rights Watch already and the
another letter will be sent directly and immediately to The United
Nations.
3. Break the Civil Law
Cirtex Corp. tried to force / motivated me to move web hosting to other
provider. They offer to pay back my money, but I refused them because I
would like to continue the contract. Now, I am still being
CirtexHosting's customer, but in the near future, they may force me
to move out by other strategy such as giving no support to my request,
slow down the speed to access my websites and finding a case of abusing
or something else that against their term of services to fire me out of
their server. I really concern about this, so that I would firstly let
you know it before it happened.

I would like to ask you to investigate this case as urgent as you can
do, I would appreciate if you could inform me the result / update
status. I will send you a formal letter by registered again on
tomorrow. Nowadays, the world has been developed rapidly, I have never
ever imagined that there still has a company who discriminate people
and against human rights. And, surprisingly, it is American company.
The biggest and most powerful country of the world, it is very
disappointed in U.S. Government which cannot control and investigate
their citizens and company so, many foreigners got the negative effects
from this corp.
I hope that you will do something quickly and honestly to help me to
solve this problem / finding a lawyer to sue this company, I want it to
be a case study for others. Lastly, I will looking forward to see your
reply.
